Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping rates are in United States Dollars (USD).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking when it ships.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
- Europe: 5–9 business days.
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days.
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days.
These are estimates after dispatch and may vary with customs and carrier delays.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $55 USD.
- A flat standard shipping fee applies to orders below the threshold, shown at checkout before payment.
Eligible destinations
We deliver to most countries. A small number of destinations may be excluded for carrier or legal reasons; if we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you and refund your order in full.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order. If your tracking has not updated within a reasonable time, contact us at support@mooreholywell.shop.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and put it right with a replacement or refund.
